How to Use ServiceSPOTTER- Find, Connect, and Assist:

ServiceSPOTTER app helps the Homeless and Low-Income communities connect to services by using a free iOS mobile app, where one can connect with various service providers e.g., Food, Clothing, Shelter, and Health care

You can access all the services listed below through the Menu located in the top left hand corner of the ServiceSPOTTER app:

Explore details of any service provider to get details like contact info, hours, website etc
Obtain directions of the service provider from your location
Like any service or give comments on any service
Interactive AI based Chat Box “Spotty” to assist the users to get answer to any questions about the services available by category
Ask the forum about any questions regarding any service
Volunteers could submit their request to assist the service providers (critical shortage)
Ability to request to add any missing service providers
Use the App as a Guest User or Create your own login account as user by signing up on Login page

Who Can Use Service SPOTTER?

Homeless and Low-Income Communities
Local service providers, who support the homeless and low-income*
Community volunteers who can assist to help the people in need to access the resources by using the App*
Local City departments could help the users to access the services through the App*

* Some members of the homeless and low-income communities may not have access to technology and can't access the app themselves.
